CJs Web Service, LLC is committed to making both tradeschoolmanager.com and the TradeSchool Manager Software usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a baseline for both our marketing site and the customer-facing portals (student, parent, teacher) shipped with the Software.

What we do

• Semantic HTML, single H1 per page, descriptive headings.
• Sufficient color contrast in the marketing site and default portal themes.
• Keyboard navigability for primary navigation, forms, and modal dialogs.
• Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
• Form labels associated with inputs; visible focus styles.
• PDFs generated by the Software (invoices, statements, report cards, certificates) use embedded text rather than images so they can be read by assistive technologies.

Known limitations

• Custom WordPress themes installed by a school can override the portal styles we ship; contrast and focus behavior in that case are the school's responsibility.
• Third-party content embedded into the Software (uploaded documents, custom certificate templates) is not under our control and may not be accessible.
