Refund Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026

14-day refund

You may request a full refund of any TradeSchool Manager add-on subscription within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase, for any reason. The free core plugin requires no purchase and is not subject to this policy.

How to request a refund

Add-ons are sold through our merchant of record, Freemius, Inc. The fastest way to get a refund is to open a ticket from the contact form on the Freemius receipt email you received after purchase, or to log in to users.freemius.com and request a refund from the order page. You may also email us at [email protected] and we will coordinate the refund with Freemius on your behalf.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your Freemius customer dashboard. If you forget and notice the charge within 14 days, contact us — we will work with you in good faith, but renewal refunds are at our discretion outside the original 14-day window.

What is not refundable

  • Charges your students or applicants paid to your school through Stripe via the Invoicing & Contracts add-on. Those funds belong to your school; refund decisions are between the school and the payer.
  • Third-party fees (Stripe processing fees, Freemius tax, currency conversion).
  • Subscriptions where the licensing terms have been bypassed, the plugin has been redistributed, or the account has been used in violation of our Terms of Service.

Cancellations vs. refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund a past charge. The cancelled add-on continues to function until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, the add-on disables itself but your data in the free core remains untouched.
