Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how tradeschoolmanager.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It does not describe cookies set inside a school's self-hosted installation of the Software — that is controlled by the school's WordPress configuration and the school's own policies.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies make sites work, remember preferences, and (sometimes) measure how a site is used.

Cookies we use on tradeschoolmanager.com

  • Strictly necessary. WordPress sets a small number of cookies when you log into your customer account or, if WooCommerce is active for billing, when you place an order. These are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Preference / session. If we add features that remember your choices (such as a dismissed banner), we may set a preference cookie that expires within 12 months.
  • Third-party fonts. We load Inter from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP at request time. We do not use Google Fonts for tracking.
  • Analytics. If and when we enable a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we will disclose it here. We do not currently load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other advertising trackers on this site.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your customer account or completing checkout.

"Do Not Track"

We do not track you across other websites, so we do not need a special response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Changes

If we add or remove a cookie category we will update this page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
