CJs Web Service, LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the TradeSchool Manager Software and tradeschoolmanager.com to do the same. This policy describes how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.
The Software is self-hosted. Most user-uploaded content (certificates, document templates, student-uploaded files) lives on the customer's WordPress server, not ours. For content stored on a school's installation, please contact the school directly. This DMCA process applies to content we host on tradeschoolmanager.com or that we distribute as part of the Software (for example, plugin code, marketing copy, or images we publish).
To submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send a written communication to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
CJs Web Service, LLC — DMCA Agent
Email: [email protected] (subject line: DMCA notice)
If you believe material we removed is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Include the same identifying information described above plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found).
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of subscribers we determine to be repeat infringers.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Don't file false claims.
